Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026. This policy describes information used by the 1st Class Studios website and online booking service.

Information we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected studio, session details, and any notes you provide. We keep booking and payment-status records. If you choose SMS messages, we record your choice, the consent wording and version, and the time and form where you agreed. Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses and request logs.

How we use information

We use this information to arrange studio sessions, process deposits, check availability, provide confirmations, support customers, and maintain business records. With your optional SMS consent, we send booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Authorized staff who separately agree to recurring booking alerts receive the session and customer details needed to manage paid bookings.

Service providers and sharing

We use Stripe to process payments, Google Calendar to manage studio availability and session details, Twilio to deliver messages, and Vercel and Neon to host the website and booking database. These providers process information necessary to perform those services. Payment-card details are submitted directly to Stripe; our booking database does not store full card numbers.

We do not sell customer information or share it with other businesses for marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Customers who opt in receive up to 3 messages per booking. Staff booking-alert frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking or stop necessary booking emails.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records necessary for booking, payment, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
