Booking & SMS Terms

Effective September 14, 2026. These terms apply to the 1st Class Studios online booking service and optional booking text messages.

Studio bookings

Review your studio, date, session times, engineer selection, and price before paying. Online bookings require at least one day’s notice. Call the studio for same-day availability. Recording studios have a two-hour minimum; the photo studio has a one-hour minimum.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due at the session. Your session begins at the booked start time. Contact the studio about changes or cancellations. Bring a hard drive for your session files.

1st Class Studios booking texts

When you check the optional SMS consent box and complete a booking, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages at the number you provided for that booking. These include a booking confirmation and appointment reminders, with up to three messages per booking. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book without selecting SMS and still receive an email confirmation. Provide a number you control and are authorized to use.

Staff booking alerts

Authorized staff may separately agree in person to recurring automated text alerts about paid bookings and session details. Staff consent is verbal and is not collected through the customer booking form. Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional, and staff can use the opt-out and help options below. The SMS consent information includes the staff disclosure.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to stop text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email 1stclass203@gmail.com or call 203-826-8911. Opting out does not cancel your booking. For a new booking, SMS remains optional; prior opt-outs must also be cleared with the messaging provider before messages can resume.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your booking email for your session details.
